We've had it. We loved it. We want it again.
Think of the time when you had the absolute best customer service. REALLY - think of one. It could be at a restaurant, a dealership, any retail store or anywhere else that provides a service.
Now how did you feel? Warm? Happy? Satisfied? It's most definitely satisfying! And it's not what you bought; it's that feeling that you crave. You remember the service and experience as much, if not more, than the product.
Now think of your customers. Why should they shop at your store versus another? Make them feel good and they won't want to go anywhere else!
