Once you register, your registration is verified by our customer service department to make sure you are a legitimate reseller. Once you have been approved, you will be contacted by your sales representative.
Approval takes approximately 24 business hours, depending on how much information you provided when you registered. i.e. If you didn't fax in a copy of your resale certificate, it will take longer.
Tracking numbers are used by UPS to identify and trace every package as it moves through the UPS system to its destination. UPS automatically assigns a tracking number to your package. You or your customer can use this number to track, locate, and verify the arrival of your package, as well as other details.

Our sales reps each have their own territories that they represent. The easiest way to determine who your sales rep is, or will be, is to look at our territory map. You can also read the bios available on each rep and see what state they represent.
You can also call Customer Service, to find out who your sales rep is if you are already a customer.
You must have a secret question on file to be able to retrieve your password for security purposes. You will not have a secret question entered if you registered before Nov. 1, 2003. If you don't yet have this on file, you can contact customer service at 1.800.447.4795 and they can set this up and reset your password.
There is an online utility to retrieve your password, if you meet above requirements.
You must log in before you can access your account. Once you log in, you will see a link on the right side of your browser window "My Account". This is where you can update all your personal information.
