  • "Order Processing" Orders will be taken by e-mail.
  • Customers may order at any time.
  • Orders will be charged to credit card (AMEX, DISC, VISA, and Mastercard) on file unless alternate payment information is provided.
  • Orders must be sent as a Microsoft 97 Excel attachment or PDF, in the form of an invoice - this will be printed and used as the packing list in the order shipped to customer.
  • Web Retailers will be sent an e-mail confirming their order and including their order number.
  • Web Retailers must include their own Return Policy and Out-Of-Stock Policy on invoice.

All orders will be shipped within 24 business hours via UPS Ground.



Shipping and Handling Charges

All orders will be shipped via UPS on account number to be provided by customer.

  • Rush Delivery will be determined by weight of order.
  • Orders out of the United States and Alaska will be charged shipping based upon weight.
  • APO & FPO orders require shipment via USPS.
  • Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska REQUIRE 2nd Day Air shipping and those charges are incurred by you.
  • Select products are prohibited in certain geographic areas.
    Web retailer is solely responsible for customs clearance and knowledge of supplement regulations.
  • All orders are subject to an additional handling charge- $1.50 for all web orders.
Packing

All orders will be packed to Europa Sports Products specifications regarding tape, filler, and box size selection. Any special considerations must be approved by Europa Sports Products and may result in additional fees.

Returns Policy

Returns will be accepted from web retailers only. A 10% restocking fee plus freight will be charged.

Out-of-Stock Product Policy

Europa Sports will notify the customer of any Out-of-Stock products via email.

Damages

Europa Sports Products is only responsible for damages caused by lack of packaging or UPS mishandling. We will NOT be responsible for damages due to elements out of our control i.e. weather (melting bars, freezing drinks) etc. We will not be responsible for drinks in glass containers that are shipped via UPS.

We Provide:

Europa Sports Products Inc. will provide the following services to web retailers:

  • The ability for Europa Sports Products to receive orders via e-mail
  • An initial products listing that includes short descriptions, mass, MSRP, wholesale price, and UPC codes.
    [ This will be available in Microsoft Excel or Access 97 formats. ]
  • Regular updates of the product listing will be distributed to web retailers via e-mail by the Web Services Sales Representative.
