All Facilities are open Monday through Friday:
- Europa East 8:00am to 7:00pm EST
- Europa Southwest 8:00am to 6:00pm CST
- Europa West 8:00am to 6:00pm PST
How To Order
For your convenience, you can place orders 24 hours a day from your phone, fax or email. Call or fax your order to any of the locations below. NO MINIMUM ORDER is needed when you order through Europa Sports.
Order by Phone Anytime:
During Business Hours: Your order will be processed as soon as possible. If you get the voice mail system during business hours you have the following options:
- Dial 0 to go to the operator.
- Dial 1 to hold for the next available representative.
- Stay on line & leave message in the general mailbox.
After Business Hours: Your order will be processed as soon as possible. If you call after 7:00 PM EST on weekdays, on weekends, or on holidays you will automatically go to the voice mail system and have the following options:
- Dial the extension of your sales rep at any time.
- Dial 6 to get to first name directory of sales reps.
- Stay on line & leave message in the general mailbox.
Order by Fax Anytime:
Fax orders to 704.405.2024 or 704.405.2025. Fax orders can be faxed anytime and will be processed as soon as possible. To avoid confusion and help us process your order as quickly as possible, please make sure your faxed order meets the following requirements:
- Typed or neatly handwritten.
- Include your Customer ID and Name List your sale reps name or number.
- List quantities for all products.
- Item numbers are not required but speed up processing.
