FDM Project and Analysis Manager
Charlotte, NC facility
Full-Time

Overview:

Europa is seeking a Full-Time FDM Project and Analysis Manager, based out of our Charlotte, NC facility. Casual work environment with excellent benefits package.

Experience Requested:

*Must have basic computer skills
*Must have strong analytical skills
*Must be self-motivated
*Must be persistent
*At least 3-5 years hands on management experience preferred
*High level of communication and organizational skills
*Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task
* Must be forward thinking, proactive and able to build effective teams

Responsibilities:

*Will work with the FDM CS and Sales team
* Will project lead and champion all FDM requirements for current and potential customers
*Will have a high functioning knowledge of FDM processes
*Will work and communicate with all departments including IT, Purchasing, Operations, Accounting, Customer Service, Creative and Legal to execute all processes needed to provide the services and requirement needs for each FDM customer
*Ability to conduct timely performance evaluations and documentation
*Will work to identify Department needs
*Will work with other Departments to ensure timely and accurate data is deliverable
*Strong working knowledge of customer agreements and requirement forms
*Will work to spearhead and resolve compliance and short pay issues
*Will work with Europa's inventory processes to increase FDM Sales and efficiency

Full-Time 8:00am - 5:00 pm

IT Server/Network Administrator

Overview:

Leading, cutting-edge wholesale distributor seeks technical, hands-on Network Administrator based out of our Charlotte, NC facility. Casual work environment with excellent benefits package.

Experience Requested:

*Microsoft Server technologies with expert knowledge of Windows 2003/2008.
* Citrix (XenApp), Cisco router configuration. VMWare 4.0, to include HA & DRS, MS Exchange Server 2007, and NAS or SAN-NetApp preferred.
*Experience of core networking concepts including DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP and VLANs, WAN and MPLS.
*Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
*Watchguard experience a plus.
*Experience with system backup and recovery, Backup Exec a plus.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Excellent time management skills.
*Bachelor's degree in this field or related area is required.

Responsibilities:

*Responsible for the support and configuration of various Windows 2003/2008 servers, together with associated system to ensure maximum uptime.
*Duties will include maintenance of existing systems, planning and forecasting for growth of both physical and virtual environments, ensuring systems are patched and secured.
*The role will also be responsible for maintaining the Citrix environment and ensuring remote sites are able to connect and operate.

Experience Requested:

*Hands on technical person that thrives in a dynamic environment

*Knowledge of blackberry, Symbol scanner, VPN, HTML and SQL
*Experience in a call center environment

Responsibilities:

*Provides user support and troubleshoots software, hardware, and computer peripherals issues via phone, email requests for technical support.
*Individual will identify, research and resolve technical problems.
*Candidate will document, track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely response.
*Candidate will Network troubleshoot issues
*The ideal candidate will have 1-3 yrs technical exp, be familiar with Windows OS, LAN/WAN and wireless technologies, have good communication skills, be able to manage time effectively and be self-motivating. Must be willing to travel.

Programmer Analyst Lead

Europa is seeking a Full-Time Programmer Analyst Lead, based out of our Charlotte, NC facility. Casual work environment with excellent benefits package.

Experience Requested:

*Individual must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT field.
*Project management and database administration.
*Must have 2 years exp in JD Edwards Developer for JDEdwards 8.0 or greater.
*Bachelor's degree with 2 years exp in this field or related area is required.

Responsibilities:

*Job responsibilities include analyzing, designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and implementing applications to support the organizations system needs.
*Position requires strong analytical, teamwork, communication, time management, and people skills.
*Individual will be working with end users to identify current operating procedures and offer improvements, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and identify end user objectives and define the scope of requests with little supervision; with strong teamwork in assisting teammates; and proven project management skills. Crystal Reports, Access, and SQL database administration experience are a plus.
*Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, implementing and enhancements of business ERP (i.e., JDEdwards Oneworld ver 8.0+), CRM, and WMS applications.
