Suggested Workout Tips: Keep it simple, stick to the basics, but change your routine every workout!! Take your carb's in early in the day, lowering carb intake into the evening, and you are sure to stay lean and mean!!
Routine: I train 6 days a week, at 6 am, for a maximum of 1 hour per day. Training 1 muscle group per day has always worked best for me.
